Terms

By using Kitab Clubs, you agree to these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your Books

Only open and save books you have the right to use. You are responsible for the files you open in Echo Reader and save to your account; we do not review them. Book files saved to your account are for your own reading and are not shared with anyone.

Use License

You may use Kitab Clubs for your personal, non-commercial reading. You may not:

• use the site to share or distribute books or other content you have no right to share; • attempt to access other readers' accounts or data; • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software running Kitab Clubs; or • use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Saved book files are limited to the storage shown in your account, and we may change this limit. You can delete your account at any time from Account > Delete account.

AI Explanations and Translations

Explanations are written by AI, and translations and pronunciations are produced automatically. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please do not rely on them where accuracy matters.

Disclaimer

Kitab Clubs is provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitations

In no event shall Kitab Clubs be liable for any damages, including loss of data, arising out of the use of or inability to use the site. Keep your own copies of your books: saved data and files may be lost. Because some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, they may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and by using Kitab Clubs you agree to the current version.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Kitab Clubs shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kitab Clubs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
